Studies of Faces

A cluster of loosely sketched heads fills the sheet, drawn in brown lines on toned paper. Several faces overlap, including a woman at upper right with dark lips and closed or shaded eyes, a profile at upper center, and frontal faces near the lower edge. Some forms remain partial, with shoulders, hair, and facial features indicated by quick strokes.
